Intellectual Property

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

bjd login reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed identity fraud, provision of false registration information, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Confirmed bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of platform errors.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals that cannot be reconciled as genuine disputes.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned to the player's registered payment method only if no wrongdoing is ultimately established. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.
